South Korean medical AI company Vuno has recently secured 10 billion won ($6.9 million) in strategic investment for its continuing global expansion.
In a statement, it said the proceeds from the "Compass Pathway NXVP New Technology Investment Fund No. 1" will be issued as perpetual convertible bonds and used for its operating capital.

In October, it signed deals in Austria and Germany, following its certification under the European Union Medical Device Regulation in May.
$3M seed raised to bring Indian sleep regulation patch to the US
Sleep-focused wearables startup DUSQ from India has raised 240 million INR (about $2.6 million) in a seed funding round led by Fireside Ventures to support its entry in the United States market.
The startup is developing a device, attached behind the ear, that not only collects physiological data but also stimulates the vagus nerve to help regulate sleep.
Based on a media release, the seed funding will also be allocated to expand its teams, strengthen its fully furnished in-house sleep laboratory, and build intellectual property.
Founded in 2023 and formerly known as InnerGize, DUSQ previously raised around $700,000 in a pre-seed round and pivoted from stress to sleep regulation.
